Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cans (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 cups matzo farfel
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • ground cinnamon

How To Make sweet and tasty passover pineapple kugel

  • Step 1
    Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl and beat well, stir in pineapple and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place farfel in another bowl, and add just enough warm .water to cover, allow to sit for 3 minutes and then drain in colander.
  • Step 3
    Add farfel to egg mixture and stir well. Add melted butter, and stir well.
  • Step 4
    Transfer to greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
