Even people who say they don't like spinach seem to like this casserole. I am always asked to bring my spinach casserole to holiday meals. Usually I double the recipe. There is never any left and there are always requests for the recipe. I now make copies to take just in case.

1 pkg10 0z frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained

1 canmushroom soup

1 smchopped onion

1/4 cmelted butter

3/4 cgrated sharp cheddar

1 lgegg, beaten

1 cpepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing
How To Make susan's spinach casserole

1Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

2Pour into greased baking dish. May top casserole with additional 1/2 cup of stuffing mix.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
