1 stickbutter, melted
1 mediumonion, chopped
2celery stalks, chopped
3loaves of bread, unsliced
2-3 Tbspbell's seasoning, or more to taste
1 tspsalt, (or to taste)
1-2 cstock or water, i use the stock from giblets
How to Make Stuffing
- Tear loaves of bread into pieces in a very large bowl.
- Melt butter in large pot. Chop Celery and onions. Saute until semi-translucent, I like a little bit of body. Pour butter and sauteed veggies over bread.
- Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly by hand.
