This is the way my Mom always made her stuffing. My siblings and I continue to make it just like Mom did. The Bell's Seasoning is what makes this stuffing so good. I usually don't measure the ingredients when I make it, so you'll have to adjust to your taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients For stuffing

1 stickbutter, melted

1 mdonion, chopped

2celery stalks, chopped

3loaves of bread, unsliced

2-3 Tbspbell's seasoning, or more to taste

1 tspsalt, (or to taste)

black pepper
-
1egg
-
1-2 cstock or water, i use the stock from giblets
How To Make stuffing

1Tear loaves of bread into pieces in a very large bowl.

2Melt butter in large pot. Chop Celery and onions. Saute until semi-translucent, I like a little bit of body. Pour butter and sauteed veggies over bread.

3Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly by hand. Stuff turkey.

4If cooking outside of the turkey, place in a greased casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake @350 F for 1 Hr. Remove foil and bake 15 min. longer. The temperature should be 165 F.
