This is the way my Mom always made her stuffing. My siblings and I continue to make it just like Mom did. The Bell's Seasoning is what makes this stuffing so good. I usually don't measure the ingredients when I make it, so you'll have to adjust to your taste.

Enjoy!

How to Make Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  1. Tear loaves of bread into pieces in a very large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in large pot. Chop Celery and onions. Saute until semi-translucent, I like a little bit of body. Pour butter and sauteed veggies over bread.
  3. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly by hand.
    Stuff turkey.
  4. If cooking outside of the turkey, place in a greased casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake @350 F for 1 Hr. Remove foil and bake 15 min. longer. The temperature should be 165 F.
