A friend brought this to pitch in for Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago and we fell in love with it. I'm not a fan of coconut but loved this! So easy to make, too.

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen winter squash (thawed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup coconut
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
How To Make squash praline

Step 1Combine first 7 ingredients and spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 2Combine topping ingredients and spread over squash mixture as evenly as possible.

Step 3Bake at 300 degrees for 25-40 mins until brown.
