Ingredients

  • 3-4 - squash,peeled and sliced
  • 1 - zucchini,peeled and sliced
  • 1 - 14.5oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 - small onion,chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 - egg
  • dash - salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese,grated

How To Make squash casserole

  • Step 1
    In a 11x9 casserole dish, layer the sliced squash,zucchini,tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle dash of salt and pepper on top, then layer the Parmesean cheese followed by the cheddar cheese.
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and egg. Pour over the layer of cheese.Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes then reduce heat to 325 degrees and finish baking until crust is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
