My daughter-in-law Karen gave me this recipe. We always ask her to fix it for family dinners and holidays.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sliced cooked yellow squash
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs or 2 slices of cubed bread
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Cook squash until tender.

Step 2Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and set aside.

Step 3Mix everything else with squash and pour into a greased casserole dish.

Step 4Pour bread crumb mixture on top. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 deg.
