squash casserole
This is my momma's squash casserole. I know of no one who makes it quite like she does. My favorite is when she adds the crumbled pork sausage. Makes my mouth water just thinkin' about it.

Ingredients
- 2 cans squash, drained
- 1 - onion, small, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package pepperidge farm herb stuffing (8 oz)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 pound pork sausage, cooked, crumbled (optional)
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Mix all of the ingredients together.

Step 2Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
