  • 1 - squash, peel and diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced and cut up
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 18 - soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • - salt

How To Make squash casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook squash and onions in as little water as possible, until tender
  • Step 2
    Combine ALL other ingredients
  • Step 3
    Put into a greased casserole
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle top with extra cheese
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 45 mins
