- 1 - squash, peel and diced
- 1 medium onion, diced and cut up
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 18 - soda crackers, crushed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten

How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Cook squash and onions in as little water as possible, until tender
