- 6 - large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 10 OZ boxes frozen spinach thawed and drained well
- 8 slices firm white bread
- 8 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
- - pinch of nutmeg

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 370. LIGHTLY GREASE 9X13 PAN. CUT BREAD IN CUBES. SET ASIDE. WHISK EGGS, MILK AND SPICES. FOLD IN SPINACH, CHEESE AND BREAD. POUR INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES UNTILL BROWN AND PUFFED.
