- 1 - 16 ounce linguine package
- 1 cup chicken broth, low-fat
- 1 medium onion..chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 package 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make spinach parmesan linguine

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions,,meanwhile in a saucepan medium to high heat bring broth to a boil add onion and garlic, reduce heat cook uncovered for 5 minutes.stir in spinach cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 2Add the milk, cream cheese and s and p and stir until cheese is melted..drain the pasta and place in serving bowl, add sauce and toss to coat,,sprinkle with the other two cheeses toss to coat...this makes a great side dish....
