chicken broth, low-fat
1 medium
onion..chopped
2 clove
minced garlic
1 pkg
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
1/3 c
milk
3 Tbsp
cream cheese
1 c
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c
shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Spinach Parmesan Linguine

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook pasta according to package directions,,meanwhile in a saucepan medium to high heat bring broth to a boil add onion and garlic, reduce heat cook uncovered for 5 minutes.stir in spinach cook for 2 more minutes.
  • 2Add the milk, cream cheese and s and p and stir until cheese is melted..drain the pasta and place in serving bowl, add sauce and toss to coat,,sprinkle with the other two cheeses toss to coat...this makes a great side dish....
