Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make spinach & cheddar casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Defrost spinach & squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients [except bread crumbs & butter]& pour into buttered casserole.

Step 2Fry breadcrumds in butter & sprinkle over casserole. Bake 45 minutes.
