Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    frozen spinach
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Spinach & Cheddar Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Defrost spinach & squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients [except bread crumbs & butter]& pour into buttered casserole.
  2. Fry breadcrumds in butter & sprinkle over casserole. Bake 45 minutes.
