Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen spinach
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How To Make spinach & cheddar casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Defrost spinach & squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients [except bread crumbs & butter]& pour into buttered casserole.
  • Step 2
    Fry breadcrumds in butter & sprinkle over casserole. Bake 45 minutes.
