Ingredients For spicy baked corn casserole

  • 1 can
    14.75 oz. can cream style corn
  • 1 can
    14.75 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 pkg
    6 oz. pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt (or reg. kosher salt)
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make spicy baked corn casserole

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour mixture into a prepared baking dish.

    Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for approximately 30 - 35 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
