- 1 can 14.75 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package 6 oz. pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (or reg. kosher salt)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
