Ingredients
- 15-16 ounces can whole kernel corn
- Half cup whole milk or half & half
- 29-30 ounces cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup plain white sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 cup slightly cooled melted butter
- 2 teaspoons slap ya momma low salt seasoning or other cajun ap seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup corn starch
How To Make southern creamed corn casserole

Step 1Whisk eggs lightly then combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2If using canned corn please drain the whole corn before adding it into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Step 3Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour or until golden brown on top and firm in the center
