This is my sisters recipe and when she FINAllY gave it to me I couldn't believe how simple it was! The family insists that she make it for nearly every get to gether and the dish ALWAYS goes home empty.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked shell pasta
- 1 pound velveeta cubed--shred some for topping
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sister's mac & cheese

Step 1Cook pasta al dente and set aside.

Step 2Salt & Pepper the pasta to taste

Step 3Melt the remaining ingredients stirring to prevent sticking.

Step 4Stir in pasta

Step 5Finish off in the oven w/shredded cheese on top 350 degrees.

Step 6Add ham and cooked cauliflower for a complete meal.
