- 1 can shoe peg corn
- 1 - small carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 - small chopped onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 - stack ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
How To Make shoepeg corn casserole

Step 1drain beans and corn mix add salt and pepper to taste, < Pour into 2-quart casserole. mix sour cream, celery and onions. Pour over beans an corn. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Step 2Crush crackers, sprinkle over cheese, then driz melted margarine over crackers. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
