sees candy candied sweet potatoes
I donot like cooked vegetables per se but candied yams are a must for the holidays. I set about making them palatable to me thinking then, everyone else will enjoy them too. Well, I have to make 2 big batches because they are more important to holiday meals than the turkey or ham. These really are special. I will not include a calorie count. Ha, ha. I hope you will try them & let me know what you think.????
