    french fried onions,divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    (16 ounce) package kielbasa sausage,cut into 2-inch pieces and quartered

    red onion,sliced
  • 4
    fresh jalapenos,chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 2 pkg
    (8 ounce) cream cheese,softened
  • 1
    (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 c
  • 2
    (15 ounce) cans cut green beans,drained

How to Make Seattle Green Bean Casserole?


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 3-qt casserole dish.Add 1 cup french fried onions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.Add quartered kielbasa sausages,saute for 5 minutes or until are browned.Stir in sliced red onion and chopped jalapenos,saute again for 6 minutes.Remove from heat,add honey mustard and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl,combine cream cheese,soup,red pepper flakes and milk;whisk together unitl blended.
  4. Add green beans,sauteed kielbasa mixture and cream cheese mixture in a prepared casserole dish;mix well.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven,until heated through and bubbly.Sprinkle remaining french fried onions on top of the casserole and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
