This is a family favorite at the holidays and for birthdays. This is a great side dish for ham or turkey. It can also be served as a desert with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients For scalloped pineapple

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    #2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 qt
    fresh bread cubes = 1 loaf sandwich bread
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 3
    eggs (beaten)

How To Make scalloped pineapple

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Grease 2 quart dish
  • 2
    Mix sugar and butter, add beaten eggs
  • 3
    fold in bread cubes and crushed pineapple
  • 4
    Cook uncovered for 45 min -1 hour, check at 45 minutes for golden brown and bubbling. Will be very HOT. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
