This is a family favorite at the holidays and for birthdays. This is a great side dish for ham or turkey. It can also be served as a desert with vanilla ice cream.

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can #2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 quart fresh bread cubes = 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 - eggs (beaten)
How To Make scalloped pineapple

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Grease 2 quart dish

Step 2Mix sugar and butter, add beaten eggs

Step 3fold in bread cubes and crushed pineapple

Step 4Cook uncovered for 45 min -1 hour, check at 45 minutes for golden brown and bubbling. Will be very HOT. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
