This was in the Star Club Cookbook...which Grandma Robinson was part of the Star Club. I am wondering if this is the recipe she actually used for making scalloped corn? It is still a great debate...LOL

Step 1Grease a baking dish with butter, put in a layer of cracker crumbs, a layer of corn, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of sugar, next a layer of cracker crumbs and corn until dish is filled with crumbs on top. Dot with butter, cover with 1 beaten eg and add milk enough to cover, bake brown.
