My Mother fixed this for the family and well needless to say there was never any left overs. Sooooo good!!

  • 2 1/2 c
    creamed corn
  • 1 c
  • 1 large
    egg, well beaten
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped pimento
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1/3 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs with above melted butter

How to Make Scalloped Corn


  1. Heat, then stir in beaten egg. Last 2 ingredients for next step !!
  2. Pour into greased cake pan!
    Pour on melted butter and cracker crumbs !
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
