Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups creamed corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with above melted butter
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Heat, then stir in beaten egg. Last 2 ingredients for next step !!

Step 2Pour into greased cake pan! Pour on melted butter and cracker crumbs !

Step 3Bake at 350 for 20 min.
