My Mother fixed this for the family and well needless to say there was never any left overs. Sooooo good!!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with above melted butter

How To Make scalloped corn

  • Step 1
    Heat, then stir in beaten egg. Last 2 ingredients for next step !!
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased cake pan! Pour on melted butter and cracker crumbs !
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 20 min.
