A great, easy make ahead casserole the whole family will love. I make this for Thanksgiving or for family get togethers. It's easy and everyone loves it.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
How To Make scalloped broccoli and corn bake

Step 1Directions Defrost and drain broccoli. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix together the corn, flour, salt, eggs, and sugar.

Step 2Add the cheese and broccoli mix well and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.

Step 3Bake 1- 1 1/4 hours or until casserole is set and dry.
