Ingredients
- 1 pound - breakfast sausage
- 1 pound - ground beef
- 4 - celery ribs
- 2 large onions, yellow, medium
- 2 - grated carrots
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/8 cup cranraisins
- 1/4 cup chopped italian flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make sausage turkey stuffing

Step 1Add butter to a pan and saute chopped onions, celery and mushrooms for 5 minutes or until translucent. Set aside.

Step 2Saute sausage and ground beef in a skillet until cooked. Drain excess fat and add meats into vegetable mixture. Off heat, stir in cranraisins, pine nuts, parsley and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3Use cooled mixture to stuff a 20 - 24 lb. turkey or you can cook this stuffing in a 9x13 pan. If cooking outside the turkey, dot with 2 tablespoons of butter before baking at 350 degrees.
