Imagine my surprise to find this recipe in Grandma W's recipes; I never thought I would see her using swiss cheese! This, however, is so fantastic it explained it to me!

Ingredients
- 4 - potatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
How To Make roseti

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling unsalted water until almost tender, about 20 min. Cool completely. Peel and shred coarsely. In 9" pan, layer potatoes and remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees until warmed through and lightly browned.
