  • 1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • - cooking spray

How To Make rice & cheese casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine all but the last ingredient in a mixing bowl; pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
