Ingredients

1 c
cooked rice (not minute rice)
8 oz
velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz
cojack cheese (pepper jack), cubed
8 oz
sour cream*
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4.5 oz) can(s)
chopped green chiles, undrained

How to Make Rice and Cheese Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly.
  • 2*To make it spicey, substitute jalepeno dip. Even if it has a cheese base. It only makes it cheesier.
