- 1 cup cooked rice (not minute rice)
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces cojack cheese (pepper jack), cubed
- 8 ounces sour cream*
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, undrained

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly.

Step 2*To make it spicey, substitute jalepeno dip. Even if it has a cheese base. It only makes it cheesier.
