This is a good dish for potlucks , picnics, and family get togethers. My family request it for holidays and BBQ's.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice (not minute rice)
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces cojack cheese (pepper jack), cubed
  • 8 ounces sour cream*
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, undrained

How To Make rice and cheese casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly.
  • Step 2
    *To make it spicey, substitute jalepeno dip. Even if it has a cheese base. It only makes it cheesier.
