cook potatoes until tender, quarter (leaving skin on, if desired) and set aside.
combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup of cheese.
place potatoes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. place sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss.
top with cheese. combine corn flakes with butter and sprinkle over casserole.
bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
