Ranch Potato Casserole
Ingredients

6 to 8 mediumred potatoes

1/2 csour cream

1/2 cranch dressing

1/4 cbacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon

2 Tbspminced fresh parsley

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

FOR TOPPING:

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2 cslightly crushed corn flakes

1/4 cbutter, melted
How to Make Ranch Potato Casserole
- cook potatoes until tender, quarter (leaving skin on, if desired) and set aside.
- combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup of cheese.
- place potatoes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. place sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss.
- top with cheese. combine corn flakes with butter and sprinkle over casserole.
- bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
