Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium red potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup bacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- FOR TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups slightly crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make ranch potato casserole

Step 1cook potatoes until tender, quarter (leaving skin on, if desired) and set aside.

Step 2combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup of cheese.

Step 3place potatoes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. place sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss.

Step 4top with cheese. combine corn flakes with butter and sprinkle over casserole.

Step 5bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
