Everyone loves this. Kids can make it. Add whatever ingredients you like. Make ahead and freeze or refrigerate and heat in microwave when ready to eat. We make on Sunday and eat for Breakfast during the week and lunch. High in protein with whites.

- 8 ounces Egg whites
- - Bacon to taste
- - Mushrooms to taste
- - Shredded cheese any flavor
- - Salt and pepper
- - Can use eggs. 1 per serving beaten
How To Make quiche

Step 1In pie pan or square dish spread ingredients for filling, bacon, mushrooms and some cheese.

Step 2Pour egg whites over.

Step 3Add more cheese to liking

Step 4Salt and pepper to taste

Step 5Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Step 6The Egg whites make it looks like a souffle but don't worry it settles down
