Mom never measured anything for this dish, it is a matter of taste. I have duplicated hers everytime just by watching her. My recipe is made in a 9x11 baking dish. You will have to adjust for a smaller dish.

Ingredients
- - plain pork & beans (enough to fit your dish)
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar (or to your taste)
- - thumb size dollop of prepared mustard
- 1/2-3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2-3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2-3 dashes worchestershire sauce
- - bacon slices to cover entire dish

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix first 6 ingredients and taste. Adjust to your liking.

Step 3Put mixture into dish and place bacon strips on top.

Step 4Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes. ENJOY!
