This is another old Polish recipe that my Grandfather Frank B. Sullivan brought home to his wife and to his mother. It is a very easy recipe to make... and it is quite good!

Ingredients
- 1 large can (28 - 32 ounces) sauerkraut
- 2 large potatoes (diced)
- 2 large apples (cored, and diced)
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make polish sauerkraut bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake until potatoes and apples are tender and all is golden brown (about 35 minutes).

Step 3*** This is a great side dish to serve with any pork that you choose to serve: sausages, pork steaks, pork chops or ham are all great with this recipe!
