Ingredients
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cup melted butter, plus extra to grease dish
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1Drain pineapple and reserve 6 tablespoons of liquid.

Step 2Place sugar and flour in a bowl, blend well. Add cheddar cheese making sure to coat the cheese with mixture and stirring till mixed well. Add drained pineapple chunks and mix well.

Step 3Place mixture in a greased medium sized casserole dish. Add crushed Ritz crackers to 1 cup of melted butter, mix thoroughly. Add 6 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice mixing well. Pour on top of casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
