This is a great side dish and very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar chesse
  • 2 - 20 oz. cans of pineapple chunks drained(reserve 6 tablespoons of juice)
  • 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl combine sugar and flour. Gradually stir in cheese. Add pineapple and stir well. Pour mixture into a greased disposable casserole pan. Combine cracker crumbs, butter and pineapple juice and spread on top of pineapple mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
