- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar
- 2 cans 20 oz pineapple chucks- drained
- 6 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 cup ritz crackers- crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350... in Large bowl mix sugar and flour, mix in drained pineapple...mix well then pour in melted butter and add cheese gradually. mix well and pour into casserole dish. Then in another bowl mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and 6 tbs of the juice and pour over the top. Spread evenly all over the top and bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
