I was given this recipe by a southern lady, who was a friend of my brother. She was a fabulous cook and person. It is difficult to determine whether this is a side or dessert!

Ingredients
- 2 cans drained, crushed pineapple (20 ounce size cans)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 - sleeve of crushed ritz crackers
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1Put drained pineapple in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Mix sugar & flour together & sprinkle over pineapple. Next sprinkle with grated cheese, then top with ritz cracker crumbs. Melt butter & pour over ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
