Ingredients

  • one can(s)
    med crushed pineapple
  • one can(s)
    med. pineapple tidbits (drain syrup)
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    self rising flour
  • 1 pkg
    (stack pack) ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 2 c
    grated cheese (sharp)
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine

How to Make PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese. Pour in pyrex dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Cook approximately 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
