Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 Large - eggs
  • 1 Large can crushed pineapple drained
  • 8 slices white bread cubed

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 Degrees
  • Step 2
    Cream butter and sugar; Add eggs one at a time.
  • Step 3
    Stir drained pineapple into mixture then fold in cubed bread.
  • Step 4
    Pour in a greased casserole dish and bake @ 350* for 50 - 60 minutes.
