I had this a few years back for the first time and really liked it. It's a good choice for something different as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 20 0z cans pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 5 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice
- 1 8 oz packages shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ritz type crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make pineapple cheese casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.

Step 2Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.

Step 3Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.

Step 4Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.
