Pineapple Cheese Casserole
2 20 0z can(s)pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice
5 Tbspreserved pineapple juice
1 8 oz pkgshredded cheddar cheese
1 critz type crackers, crushed
1 stickbutter, melted
How to Make Pineapple Cheese Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.
- Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.
- Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.
