Ingredients
- 2 cans drained, party peas
- 1 can water chessnuts-sliced to bite size -undrained
- 1 jar pimento -cut fine
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can chow mein noodles, save some for topping
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make pea casserole

Step 1Put butter in a skillet, add onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until tender

Step 2Mix skillet mixture with peas, pimientos, water chessnuts, soup and most of the noodles.

Step 3Pour into a baking dish, top with some noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
