This recipe is from Pat Stahl (my sister Lauri's mother-in-law).

Ingredients

  • 1 - large can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 - large can cream style corn
  • 1 - pkg. corn bread mix (i use martha white)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated, cheddar cheese

How To Make pat's corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix whole kernel corn, cream style corn, cornbread mix, butter, milk, eggs, and grated cheese together and pour in 10 x 14-inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
