Ingredients

1 qt
oysters
3 c
half and half
2 pkg
saltine cracker crumbs
2 stick
butter

How to Make Oyster Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Drain some of the oyster juice. Transfer to a 13/9 pan.
  • 2Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.
  • 3Bake until hot through and through, until toasted on top.
  • 4You may add some butter pats to the top before cooking. You may need to add more cracker crumbs for desired consistancy.
