Ingredients
- 1 quart oysters
- 3 cups half and half
- 2 packages saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 sticks butter
How To Make oyster casserole

Step 1Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Drain some of the oyster juice. Transfer to a 13/9 pan.

Step 2Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.

Step 3Bake until hot through and through, until toasted on top.

Step 4You may add some butter pats to the top before cooking. You may need to add more cracker crumbs for desired consistancy.

Step 5Bake at 350° until golden brown
