How to Make Oyster Casserole
- Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Drain some of the oyster juice. Transfer to a 13/9 pan.
- Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.
- Bake until hot through and through, until toasted on top.
- You may add some butter pats to the top before cooking. You may need to add more cracker crumbs for desired consistancy.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown
