- 1 can French onion soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 3 - 4 tablespoons margarine
How To Make onion rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Smear margarine on the inside bottom and sides of an 8x8 casserole dish.

Step 2Pour in onion soup mix, beef broth, and rice.

Step 3Cover tightly with foil.

Step 4Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
