Ingredients

  • 1 can French onion soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons margarine

How To Make onion rice casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Smear margarine on the inside bottom and sides of an 8x8 casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Pour in onion soup mix, beef broth, and rice.
  • Step 3
    Cover tightly with foil.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
