This recipe is from my ex-husband's cousin, Ann Bigler. She made it for a family dinner in the 70s. Delicious!

1 1/4 csaltine cracker crumbs

1/3 cbutter, melted
-
2 conions, thinly sliced
- CUSTARD

1 cmilk
-
2eggs, beaten

1 tspsalt

1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, grated
How To Make onion pie

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Line greased baking dish with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Add sauteed onions.

3Make custard; pour over onions. Bake 45 - 50 minutes.
