Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups onions, thinly sliced
- CUSTARD
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make onion pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Step 2Line greased baking dish with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Add sauteed onions.

Step 3Make custard; pour over onions. Bake 45 - 50 minutes.
