This cheesy cauliflower is my invention and it is extremely rich, so please don't try to finish it in one sitting. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you. It is definitely not like my mother's version! 08-28-2019

Ingredients For not your mother's cheese cauliflower

1 mdhead cauliflower, washed and cut into med. sized florets

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cparmesan/romano cheese, grated

1/2 cheavy cream
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make not your mother's cheese cauliflower

1Place cauliflower florets into a large pot of boiling water, bring to a second boil and cover.

2Reduce heat and cook cauliflower about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan or to a 2-qt. casserole dish.

3Stir in cheeses, butter, cream and seasonings, mashing cauliflower with spoon as you go.

4Allow mixture to simmer over low heat until cheeses are melted and desired consistency is reached.
