not your mother's cheese cauliflower
This cheesy cauliflower is my invention and it is extremely rich, so please don't try to finish it in one sitting. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you. It is definitely not like my mother's version! 08-28-2019

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, washed and cut into med. sized florets
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan/romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make not your mother's cheese cauliflower

Step 1Place cauliflower florets into a large pot of boiling water, bring to a second boil and cover.

Step 2Reduce heat and cook cauliflower about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan or to a 2-qt. casserole dish.

Step 3Stir in cheeses, butter, cream and seasonings, mashing cauliflower with spoon as you go.

Step 4Allow mixture to simmer over low heat until cheeses are melted and desired consistency is reached.
