This is a wonderfully sweet dish that endears itself more and more to you with each bite! It is simply fantastic.

Ingredients

1 lb
egg noodles
1 stick
butter
1 pt
cream-international delight irish cream
1 c
sugar

fruit cocktail,
1 can(s)
peaches
1 can(s)
pears
1 can(s)
mixed fruit

TOPPING

1 can(s)
cranberry sauce

mixed fruit

How to Make Noodle Kugel

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 350
  • 2Boil noodles in pot of water until al dente.
  • 3Strain noodles and return back to pot.
  • 4Add butter, sugar, cream and filling.
  • 5Whisk eggs separately, and do not add until after cream is put into pasta or else heat from the eggs may cause them to solidify to some extent.
  • 6After cream is added to cool pasta, add eggs.
  • 7Mix well in pot.
  • 8Then form into serving pan (9 x 12 baker)
  • 9Then add toppings. Put in oven and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • 10Bake in oven at 350. for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
