my very favorite broccoli casserole

Broccoli was not a favorite vegetable for me. I had tried all kinds of recipes. Then I started mixing ingredients that suited my taste & came up with this recipe, now this is the one I make. I also like broccoli in salads now too.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli or 2---10 oz. pkg. of frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup margarine (melted)
How To Make my very favorite broccoli casserole

Step 1Cook Broccoli in very little of water, mostly steam. Drain and chop. Put in a buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.

Step 2Beat soup & milk together. Pour over broccoli.

Step 3Sprinkle cheese over mixture.

Step 4Mix butter & bisquick together until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese.

Step 5Bake @ 400 degrees--20 mins. or until medium brown.
