Ingredients

  • 1 small
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 c
    cooked brown rice
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 16 oz
    frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz
    velveeta cheese, melted

How to Make Mother's Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute onion until very tender.
  3. Cook the broccoli as directed on the package.Drain very well.
  4. Combine all the ingredients. Place in a casserole dish.
  5. Place in the oven. Cook until bubbly (about 15 minutes)
