- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 16 ounces frozen, chopped broccoli
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, melted

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Saute onion until very tender.

Step 3Cook the broccoli as directed on the package.Drain very well.

Step 4Combine all the ingredients. Place in a casserole dish.
