Ingredients
- 1 - 32 oz. packages shredded hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
How To Make *** mom's hash brown casserole ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except butter & corn flakes), mix well.

Step 3In a greased 13 x 9" pan, pour mixture in. Mix butter & corn flake crumbs, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour.
