There are several broccoli casserole recipes that I have eaten through the years. This one is pretty much the easiest one you will find. I make this often, when I want a salty yet cheesy treat to go with my meal. My daughter would never eat anybody else's recipe while growing up, so this became my go to recipe!

Ingredients For megan's broccoli casserole

1head broccoli, clean and chop

1 smvelveeta, cubed

1 boxritz crackers, crushed
How To Make megan's broccoli casserole

1Lightly butter 9x13. Boil broccoli until almost done, put in pan and salt and pepper lightly. Spread flat and toss with cheese cubes and crushed crackers. Bake in oven long enough to cook through, melt cheese, and soften crackers. Serve.
