This is a great and easy recipe. My roommates in college would request this regularly.

Ingredients

1 box kraft mac & cheese + ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package ranch style dressing mix packet
- bread crumbs (optional)

How To Make macaroni and cheese casserole

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Cook the Macaroni and Cheese according to the box with the ingredients.
Step 3

After the Mac & Cheese is complete, mix in the sour cream, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and ranch mix.
Step 4

Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 8 pan.
Step 5

Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
Step 6

Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
