I Really Don't Like Mac N Cheese So I Played Around With It Until I Came Up with This Mac N Cheese with Sausage Gravy, My Family Love It.

Ingredients For mac n cheese with sausage gravy

  • sm bag
    macaroni, elbow
  • 1/3 box
    cheese melt any block of soft cheese.
  • 14-16 oz
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    milk
  • squirt of mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 lb
    sausage
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • salt n pepper to taste

How To Make mac n cheese with sausage gravy

    boil water for noodles

    in another pot add some milk add Cheeses, Mustard, salt n pepper,cornstarch, Mix Until Nice And Smooth.

    Cook Sausage add Your cornstarch to your butter milk until Smooth, pour into cheese mix.

    Drain Noodles, Add Noodles To Cheese And Sausage Mixture, Mix Good, put Into A Oblong Pan Or Pan Large Enough To Hold It All, Then Add More Cheddar Cheese On Top Then Bake At 350 Until Nice And Bubbly.
