Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni, elbow
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 slices bell pepper - sliced
  • 1 - onion wedges
  • half pound grated cheese
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder

How To Make mac and cheese

  • Step 1
    in a small pot, pour oil, add salt and pepper, garlic salt/ powder. Stir and let the heat.
  • Step 2
    pour the uncooked macaroni into the hot oil and stir until the macaroni turns white. Do not burn it. When the macaroni is browned, stir in the tomato sauce.
  • Step 3
    Add 4 cups of water, bell pepper and onion. Let simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes. (If you should have too much water take some out.) Put shredded cheese over hot macaroni and stir. Let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
